      In Austria we work (mostly) with our own receptions staffed by local employees. These employees are also responsible for the management of the accommodation. They issue and collect keys, receive guests and arrange matters for guests during their stay.

      What do ‘our’ homeowners think?


      A few words from the Koelewijn family:
      Chalet Anne Will
      We had been coming to Austria since 2002 and spent a long time looking for a unique location. Quiet and views were top priorities. We found what we were looking for in Bramberg am Wildkogel, just outside the village and only a few minutes from the town centre.
      Construction started in the spring of 2013 and Chalet Anne Will was completed in October 2013.

      Residenz Sonnenfeld Top 3 
      After spending years looking for a holiday home in Austria, a real estate agent recommended looking in Neukirchen am Grossvenediger at the Residenz Sonnenfeld Top 3 apartment, which is located close to the ski lift and shops. We completely refurbished and furnished the apartment.
      This was done in close collaboration with ChaletsPlus, particularly with regard to the layout of the bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed and two are furnished as family bedrooms, which means they have an extra bunk bed.

      Chalet Adriana and Hochleger am Anger 13  in Königsleiten
      About 11 years ago, we seriously started looking for a relaxing place for ourselves, for both the summer and winter holidays. Another important aspect for us was that we could rent it out. 
      So about 10 years ago, we purchased the Hochleger am Anger apartment in Königsleiten, a very popular winter sports village.
