Your holiday home can be booked online 24/7 via the website www.chaletsplus.com. Guests can easily find the website thanks to high search engine rankings, collaborations with other websites, and active social media presence. Due to the international nature of our guests, you benefit from a spread of holiday periods, ensuring occupancy even outside the Dutch peak season.
Website
The ChaletsPlus website is constantly evolving: we continuously respond to the needs of holiday seekers and optimise accordingly. Your holiday home is presented with an extensive photo report, an inspiring property description, and clear specifications. We recommend having professional photos taken, and we are happy to assist you with this.
Rental Price
The rental price is determined per period and duration of stay based on the number of guests, the location of your holiday home, the furnishings, the condition of the property, and of course, our years of experience. We also assess supply and demand to create a well-balanced price-to-quality ratio.
Commission
ChaletsPlus operates on a 'no cure, no pay' basis and only receives commission when your holiday home is actually rented by our guests. This method of collaboration ensures that we share the same goal: to rent out as many weeks as possible at the highest possible rental price.
Collaboration with Other Channels and Partners
ChaletsPlus works with partners such as Austrian travel agencies and German and Dutch travel agents. We also offer the opportunity to list your holiday home on other affiliated platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Belvilla.
Personal Use and My ChaletsPlus
Private rentals, for example, bookings for family or friends, must always be processed via the ChaletsPlus calendar. As a homeowner, you will receive a special login (My ChaletsPlus), which allows you to view your occupancy and bookings 24/7 and enter your own reservations.
Property Managers
ChaletsPlus collaborates with local property managers in Austria. The homeowner signs an agreement directly with the manager. We can suggest reliable managers we have previously worked with, but we are also flexible in working with a new manager of your choice. We provide managers with a portal where they can view arrivals and access all necessary details to organise on-site management efficiently.
The local property manager is responsible for:
✅ Welcoming guests
✅ Handing over the keys
✅ Cleaning the property
✅ Providing bed linen (beds are made) and towels
✅ Supplying firewood (if applicable)
Minor Maintenance of Your Property
We advise all homeowners to sign a management agreement with a local host or hostess for minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing technical issues, clearing snow, mowing the lawn, and heating maintenance.
After the Stay
All ChaletsPlus guests receive a 'Welcome Home' email after their stay, in which we thank them and ask about their holiday experience. This message includes a review form, allowing guests to rate the holiday home online. These reviews will eventually appear on your property's page on our website.
